Tenants looking to rent property

- We require you to complete our Tenancy Application Form supplying us with details of referees
- We will check your references. You will be required to pay a deposit plus one month's rent (where applicable)
- Entry date is normally within 4 weeks of receipt of your completed application form
- You will be responsible for all services connected to the property
- You are responsible for Council Tax
- We will inspect your property on a 3 monthly basis to ensure your tenancy is running smoothly
- Rent will be paid by Standing Order, unless otherwise agreed
- Deposits are held with My Deposits Scotland and My Deposits England
- Any damage or breakages will be deducted from your deposit
